Every year hh.ru, one of the world largest job search and recruitment websites, conducts an employers' ranking. This year the rating set a new record — with 1497 companies making it to the final (compared to 1082 companies in 2022).
Sever Minerals' results in the Employers Rating-2023 among companies with a personnel of 251–1000 people are:
- In the overall ranking for Russia, Sever Minerals is in top-50.
- In St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region, Sever Minerals is in top-5.
- Sever Minerals took first place among service and engineering companies.
- Sever Minerals made it to the top 50 in the sub-ranking for the criterion “Most developed HR processes”.
This year Sever Minerals is represented in the sub-ranking for the criterion “Most developed HR processes” for the first time. This means that the company is moving in the right direction, creating a comfortable working environment, and increasing internal interaction efficiency.
