The practice of cooperation with specialized educational institutions continued by meetings with students of three colleges in the Belgorod Region: Gubkin Mining and Polytechnic College, Oskol Polytechnic College under the aegis of MISiS, and Stary Oskol Industrial Technology College. These events were attended by more than one hundred students who found out more about Sever Minerals and asked their questions.
Stary Oskol and Gubkin are industrial centers hosting large mining companies, and some of them are Sever Minerals customers. Company’s representatives spoke about major projects currently implemented in the region and stated that the company offered different ways of development for students: management of production processes, team leading or deepening their expertise in working with specific equipment.
Such meetings broaden the horizons of young people, reinforcing the idea that the region has such a large and stable employer as Sever Minerals.
