NEW YEAR’S MOOD PRESENTED TO CHILDREN AND VETERANS BY SEVER MINERALS

Following the annual tradition, Sever Minerals congratulates veterans and children from sponsored institutions, giving them New Year gifts.

This year, our employees could join the charity initiative and create a New Year’s miracle: presenting desired gifts to 65 children from Olenegorsk and Kovdor Integrated Centers for Social Services (ICSS). All wishes made by children were posted on a special page with the child’s description and the reasons why he or she wanted this particular gift. The most popular children’s desire was getting a smartwatch, and the most unusual one, a request from Victoria (13 years old) who dreamed of visiting Japan. As a gift, she asked for the “Your Name” comic book by Japanese author Makoto Shinkai.

On the day of launching this charity campaign, 40 children at once met their magicians. Participation in the event named “Tree of Wishes” brought together employees from 17 Company’s branches. Gifts came from Vologda, Irkutsk, Kirovsk, Krasnoyarsk, Moscow, Murmansk, Neryungri, Novokuznetsk, Novosibirsk, Norilsk, Petrozavodsk, Saint Petersburg, Stary Oskol, Khabarovsk, and Chelyabinsk, as well as from cities where ICSSs are located.

In addition, our colleagues, with the participation of veterans' councils and city administrations, congratulated 71 veterans from 12 cities: Bodaybo, Neryungri, Aldan, Kartaly, Gay, Uchaly, Zheleznogorsk, Magadan, Norilsk, Kovdor, Mirny, and Karaganda.

Such a scale confirms that the most responsive people are working for Sever Minerals!
