Sever Minerals Employees regularly meet with students of specialized Russian Universities. In November, they held an online meeting as part of the “Open Dialogue” career marathon. Its main attendees were students of Irkutsk National Research Technical University (INRTU) specialized in Mining and Mineral Processing.
During the event, Comminution Department expert spoke about the Company’s activities and projects in which he took part; he also shared his own experience of internship and relocation from Yekaterinburg to Saint Petersburg. A HR-manager presented opportunities for students at the start of their careers and answered questions of the audience.
It was the speaker’s personal experience that sparked the greatest interest among young specialists: the story of his growth from an intern to an expert of the business line. There were a lot of questions asked about the atmosphere and the team, the conditions for practical training and internship; the students were particularly interested in the relocation procedure and the support provided by the Company.
