Metalloinvest and the electronic trading platform B2B-Center have identified the leaders of the second ESG rating of suppliers. Sever minerals were stated as one of the best in the implementation of sustainable development practices among large business companies.
“It’s a very important award for Sever Minerals. It affects the level of company’s recognition, loyalty and opens new opportunities for deeper communications with partners and customers regarding joint projects and new solutions,” — notes Sever Minerals Executive Director Evgeniy Chashin.
During accreditation, contractors provide information on the level of safety at work, compliance with labor legislation and human rights. They also provide information on adherence to the principles of fair competition, anti-corruption mechanisms, respect for the environment and openness in interaction with stakeholders. According to the results of the survey, they are assigned points, and a single rating is formed.
