Russian recruiter HeadHunter has published its list of Best Employers for 2020, and for the first time, Sever Minerals is included in the top 100 of the authoritative ranking. The company was listed 57th overall, and was among the top 20 companies with 251−1,000 employees.
In 2019, Sever Minerals just missed out on the top 100, ranking 103rd among the 241 companies in the listing.
In 2020 the company significantly improved its standing, despite double the number of participants being evaluated.
As a result, Sever Minerals has been ranked:
- 13th among companies with 251−1,000 employees
- 24th in the employee loyalty rating, entering the top 50
- 4th in St. Petersburg
The ranking is an external tool which allows employees and jobseekers to compare one company with another. Employers are evaluated according to three indicators:
- expert assessment of the development and efficiency of the company’s HR function (percentage — 20%);
- feedback from company employees (percentage — 40%);
- feedback from candidates — applicants choose companies they would like to work for (percentage — 40%).
