OUR FLOATING PUMPING STATION

At the proposal development stage Sever Minerals team presented to the customer the results of 3D and 4D modeling showing the construction process over time for better visualization and a clear description of the construction process.

Initially, the station equipment was selected based on the requirements of the Terms of Reference. But, during the project implementation, Sever Minerals specialists, together with the customer, came up to a more optimal solution using ROITECH pumps, shut-off and control valves and gate valves with increased discharge pressure, capacity and performance. The scope of supply included a thickener, piping, slurry pumps, a complete transformer substation with an operator’s room, a power supply and automation system, and a floating pumping station for pumping recycled clarified water.

Having assessed in detail the technological features of the site, Sever Minerals specialists proposed to optimize costs by combining the power distribution equipment into a single energy complex: a two-transformer substation with the usual power supply structure.

Currently, the technological solution is reaching its production targets.
