IMPACT CRUSHERS WITH VERTICAL AND HORIZONTAL SHAFTS

Impact crushers with a horizontal shaft and impact crushers with a vertical shaft ensure the crushing of material in a good cuboid shape.

The impact crusher’s body consists of steel sheets and the crusher itself is equipped with a horizontally positioned rotor.

HORIZONTAL SHAFT CRUSHERS

These crushers are used in the first, second and third stages of crushing.

The feed material is destroyed due to high intensity strikes which result from the rapid rotational movement of the impact drills attached to the rotor. Then, the resulting particles are destroyed and become a finer material due to collision with both the crusher baffle plates and each other.

VERTICAL SHAFT CRUSHERS

Material is fed through the central part of the rotor, where its flow is accelerated to a high speed before being ejected through holes along the rotor’s perimeter. The material undergoes crushing upon impact with a layer of material or lining at high speed, as well as due to the mutual particle impact.
