Productivity increase of Barzasskaya Coal Preparation Plant
Barzasskaya Coal Preparation Plant is a part of Stroyservis enterprise group, which unites enterprises for coal mining and processing, coke production and the sale of products on the Russian market and for export. Barzasskaya Coal Preparation Plant is in the top-6 among coal mining companies.
Sever Minerals was entrusted with a task to improve the plant capacity from 2.5 million tonnes to 3.5 million tonnes of coal per year. During this turnkey project the company arranged the equipment upgrade.

- Installing 9 units of ROITECH pumping equipment of different size
Almost the entire range of ROITECH pumps was involved in the implementation of the project. Technological equipment was installed in the most important plant areas where it wears and tears most. The pumps are equipped with bearings from the world’s leading manufacturers SKF and Timken. All the parts of the pumps contacting with material are made of high chromium alloys. It makes it possible to achieve the goal, ensuring the durability and reliability of the equipment.
Sever Minerals service engineers accompanied the launch and bridging into service of the complex. It ensuring the achievement of declared technological characteristics.
As a result of installing the equipment Barzasskaya Coal Preparation Plantincreased a relative capacity up to 40%.
