The customer faced the challenges of enhancing factory performance by 25% and prolonging equipment service lives, as well as reducing the power and reagents consumed in the factory’s processes. In addition, it was important for the Company to reduce the area occupied by the installed equipment.
The integrated solution offered by Sever Minerals included engineering, supply of all required equipment, automation, installation supervision and commissioning by Sever Minerals service engineers.
Thanks to the new equipment, Yubileiny Mining and Processing Plant has achieved a production capacity of up to 130,000 ton of ore per annum.
