On March 24–25, the Russian city of Kursk hosted the Mining of Russia and CIS: Construction and Modernisation conference.
The purpose of the event was to facilitate the exchange of experience between key companies in the mining industry. The participants discussed the largest investment projects related to the construction and modernisation of mining and processing plants, new field developments, and methods for increasing the performance of operating mining plants.
The specialists from Sever Minerals gave a presentation at a plenary session titled “Modern Solutions and Technologies for Mining Industry” and talked about how the EPS approach is ensuring that new mining investment projects are of high quality. The head of engineering also shared some experience of how digital and process tools can be used to enhance design quality.
Each year, the Mining of Russia and CIS: Construction and Modernisation conference brings together more than 200 senior managers from leading mining companies in Russia and the CIS: CEOs, CTOs, initiators of investment projects, government officials, industry-specific regulatory and supervision authorities, licensors, developers, manufacturers and suppliers of equipment and services, engineering, design and construction companies.
